The Small World International Student System, otherwise known as the S.W.I.S.S Trilingual School, offers the only fully trilingual education in America.

The concept of The SWISS Trilingual School was born in 2004 in New York, NY, and established by a small group of International parents and educators, for the purpose of greatly raising educational standards.

We hope that our school's mission will quickly become an International movement, expanding the concept of The SWISS Trilingual School across the globe, creating our own International standard of excellence.

The SWISS Trilingual School provides a full immersion, private education within small school settings to select groups of children, within various locations internationally.

A system of parent involvement and co-teaching is an itegral part of each SWISS Trilingual School students' success. Parents must demonstrate complete devotion to our unique educational process and cultural openness in order for their child to be considered for admision.

We currently  offer grades Kindergarten (5 years old) - 3rd grades, and are adding grades each year to the 12th grades. As well, shorter classes within one additional language, rather than two supports students from 3 years old up, as well as homeschool communities.

The SWISS Trilingual school's one of a kind, creative curriculum is exclusively and separately implemented within the Japanese, English and French languages OR the Chinese, English and Spanish languages.
Fact: All children are born with multiple sections in the left hemisphere of the brain used to store individual languages separately. If not utilized early enough, these additional sections will actually begin to heal over at about one year old, and will be completely closed by the age of ten, leaving one space where the first language is stored. Any language learned after that point must be stored in that one space, causing slow translation time and confusion. This is the reason why children can acquire a new language much easier than adults.
